Michael D. Sneden – Michael Sneden is Executive Vice President of ValueXpress and is responsible for the management and operation of ValueXpress LLC. Michael Sneden has been involved in the origination and underwriting of loans for CMBS since 1993. Mr. Sneden was part of the team that formed ValueXpress in 1995 and has been the key executive leading ValueXpress since 1998. Mr. Sneden has originated approximately $1.2 billion in loans since the formation of the company. Mr. Sneden and ValueXpress has sold or placed loans with nearly every major CMBS player, including Credit Suisse, Duetsche Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, LaSalle Bank, Nomura, Countrywide, Smith Barney, Diawa Securities, CIBC World Markets, GE, GMAC, First Union, RFC Commercial and Wachovia. Prior to 1995, Mr. Sneden was employed at Value Properties, Inc., where he was responsible for the acquisition, repositioning and sale of underperforming real estate assets. Mr. Sneden received a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Louis Tallarini – Mr. Tallarini is the President of Value Investors, Inc., a national real estate development and finance company with diversified holdings in the commercial real estate debt and equity markets. Mr. Tallarini started his real estate career as a staff accountant at the international certified public accounting firm Harris, Kerr, Forster. Mr. Tallarini specialized in real estate, working on the audit assignments for Loews Hotels, Douglas Elliman Gibbons and Ives, Rose Associates in addition to other real estate oriented accounts. Since 1984 Mr. Tallarini has extensive experience as a principal owner and real estate asset manager in the hotel, multi-family, industrial, retail, office and land development sectors. He is a founding member of ValueXpress, LLC. He has extensive experience in negotiating and underwriting commercial real estate debt as a principal and as a lender. Mr. Tallarini graduated from the College of Business Administration at Fordham University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1972. While attending Fordham, Mr. Tallarini became a member of the National Accounting Honors Fraternity Beta Alpha Phi. Mr. Tallarini is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
